Our recently purchased Aero Splice Press 625 & Aero Splice Press 925 are a welcome all-in-one solution for splicing thermoplastic conveyor belts. It’s already been out on site and used on many endless belts in our workshop. and the general feedback is exceeding our expectations.

The external control box, air pump, or water cooling tank are not required which makes the presses much more mobile and easier to use, not to mention a lot of time saved!

The Aero presses are provided with electric heating and built in air cooling. The splice process runs fully automated. And it is compatible with 220V as well as 110V.

The SOLO EXPRESS VULCANIZER has proved to be a brilliant necessity for vulcanising all types of rubber belting within 1meter width. It has been out on site with us several times and we are pleased to have made this investment in such a great piece of kit.

The Solo Xpress is smaller and lighter in comparison to our other vulcanising presses. Repairing high elevated conveyor belts and conveyor belts in tight spaces – where manual lifting is required - has proven much easier.

Our engineers have been busy putting together hundreds of meters of Habachain along with replacing sprockets, idlers and wear strips all supplied by CCBS. The job went incredibly well and we have yet again another satisfied customer.

The transport of the dredged soil cab be done mechanically on conveyor belts. Recently we replaced and heat vulcanised a 1600mm wide conveyor belt on a dredging ship. The team on site were excellent and it is great to see to correct Health and Safety procedures being put in place and encouraged.
